How to Order

2. Tracking your order

To track your order you can either:

1) Call our customer service on 0870 922 0639 and tell them the date your order was placed, order number, your full name, billing address and phone number.

Or

2) E-mail us with the above information at: orders@retailjunky.com and we will check your order status and send you an update.

3. Security

Security is probably one of the most significant concerns for both the shopper and the retailer during an online transaction. In reality an online transaction is probably more secure than a card transaction in a shop or conducted over the telephone or by fax, as the information transmitted online is highly encrypted using complicated logarithm combinations.

Retailjunky has taken particular care in providing a safe online shopping environment for its customers. We use Worldpay for online payments, the WorldPay payment system uses a combination of both established and innovative techniques to ensure the security and integrity of all sensitive data. Furthermore, public web servers are certified by Thawte, a public Certificate Authority, ensuring that you have confidence that nobody can impersonate WorldPay to obtain confidential information.

We offer secure on-line transactions, so you can shop whenever you want. In order to shop securely on line using the Netscape Secure Server, you will need to use Netscape 3.0 and above or Microsoft Internet Explorer 3.0 which both support SSL (Secure Sockets Layer).

4. Order Confirmation

You will receive an electronic receipt (in the form of an email), with your order number. You should quote that order number regarding all enquiries.

5. Delivery and Postage

Please allow 7working days for your goods to be delivered unless otherwise stated in the product information. If there's a major delay with the expected delivery time, we’ll get in touch with you to let you know. We will depatch orders via Royal Mail or a secure 48hr courier service.

8. Returns Policy

Please call or email us should you wish to return or exchange your product:

We will provide you with your returns authorisation code which you will need to include when returning your products. The products must be returned to us in its original condition, including all original packaging and documentation, within 14 days of receipt.

If the goods are returned as detailed above, we will issue a full refund for the price paid for the item, or exchange the item for a different size / colour if preferred. In the interests of hygiene, we do not offer refunds on pierced jewellery, cosmetics or underwear unless faulty.

Please enclose your invoice with the reverse side completed including your returns authorisation code, reason for returning product and details of replacement products if required. The product will be your responsibility until it reaches us. You will also be responsible for the postage for the return parcel.

For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a service that insures you for the value of the goods rather than using standard Royal Mail.
